In the event of failure to satisfactorily settle or adjust any grievance involving an allegation of a violation of a provision or provisions of the Agreements according to the foregoing grievance procedure, then within thirty (30) calendar days after the answer has been given in the Third Step, such arbitrable grievance may be submitted to arbitration in the following manner: -Agreement between AEP and the International Brother of Electrical Workers (2015)
