Any controversy or claim between the Parties or between Executive and any director, officer, employee, or corporate affiliate of the Company, including but not limited to any controversy or claim arising from or related to Executive’s employment with the Company or termination of employment, the formation, interpretation or alleged breach of this Agreement, or any claims not released by this Agreement, will be finally settled by binding arbitration, employing a single, neutral arbitrator, and administered by JAMS, Inc.
