Court recommended motion to compel arbitration and stay pending arbitration be granted in part and denied in part, holding that all of plaintiff’s claims were subject to arbitration, as plaintiff had not established fraud in the factum, and dismissal of the claim was warranted.  Court found that plaintiff did not allege she did not understand the contract containing the arbitration agreement, nor that plaintiff presented any evidence that defendant prevented her from reviewing the contract before signing it. – Roach v.
