Ascena Retail Group, Inc. (doing business as Dressbarn) is an American retailer of women’s clothing. Ascena also owns the Maurices, Justice, Lane Bryant, and Catherines clothing store brands, and is the parent company of Ann Inc., operator of Ann Taylor and Loft stores.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York applicable to agreements made and to be performed entirely in New York. Any dispute between the parties hereto arising out of or relating to this Agreement (other than any dispute relating to Section 8 above) shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in New York, New York in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.
