You agree that this Agreement (which includes a general release of claims) and, if applicable, the Second General Release will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and federal law where applicable. Any legal action to enforce this Agreement, and, if applicable the Second General Release, by either party, shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with Avon’s “Associate Arbitration Policy”.
