CarMax Dispute Resolution Policy

By agreeing to the Dispute Resolution Program, an Associate agrees to resolve through arbitration all claims described in, or contemplated by Rule 2. If an Associate files a lawsuit in court to resolve claims subject to arbitration, the Associate agrees that the Court shall dismiss the lawsuit and require the Associate to arbitrate the dispute. -CarMax Dispute Resolution Policy
