Casey’s General Stores, Inc., is a chain of convenience stores in the Midwestern United States, primarily within the states of Iowa, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, South Dakota, North Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Ohio, Minnesota, Michigan, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Wisconsin. The company is headquartered in Ankeny, Iowa, a suburb of Des Moines.

The parties shall use their best efforts and good will to settle all disputes by amicable negotiations. The Company and Handley agree that, with the express exception of any dispute or controversy arising under Section 8 of this Agreement, any controversy or claim arising out of or in any way relating to Handley’s employment with the Company, including, without limitation, any and all disputes concerning this Agreement and the termination of this Agreement that are not amicably resolved by negotiation, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 679A, Code of Iowa (2016) (to the extent such provisions are not superseded by provisions of this Agreement) in Des Moines, Iowa, or such other place agreed to by the parties, as follows: -Terry Handley Employee Agreement (2016)
