The Plaintiff, Gerald W. Hayden, a Connecticut resident, brings this action against Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Cisco”) to vacate an arbitration award rendered by the Honorable Alan H. Nevas on February 16, 2012, in which Judge Nevas granted the Defendant summary judgment related to an employment discrimination arbitration (“the “Arbitration Decision”).
