Any controversy or claim arising out of this Agreement or any breach shall be resolved by arbitration pursuant to this Section and the then current rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Omaha, Nebraska before three arbitrators who are knowledgeable of employment law. If the parties cannot agree on the appointment, then one arbitrator shall be appointed by the Company, one by the Employee, and the third shall be appointed by the first two arbitrators.
