All grievances that have not been settled or waived in accordance with Article 5.01 of the Agreement shall be submitted to arbitration and all controversies as to the interpretation and application of this Agreement that cannot be settled by the Representatives of the Company and the Union shall be submitted to arbitration and heard by a single arbitrator.
