Except as provided in Section 10 of this Agreement, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon any award so rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The determination of the arbitrator(s) shall be conclusive and binding on the Company and the Executive, and judgment may be entered on the arbitrator(s)’ award in any court having jurisdiction. -Robert Bourque Employee Agreement (2016)
