Dominion Energy, Inc., commonly referred to as Dominion, is an American power and energy company headquartered in Richmond, Virginia that supplies electricity in parts of Virginia and North Carolina and supplies natural gas to parts of West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and eastern North Carolina. Dominion also has generation facilities in Indiana, Illinois, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. The company acquired Questar gas in the Western United States.

The parties will review the use of the Roving Field Clerks quarterly or as needed to ensure that the intent of the agreement is being carried out. Any changes to this agreement must be mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Union in writing.
