The procedure as set out in this agreement for adjustment of disputes may be invoked by the Company as. well as by the Union .. For such purposes, a management grievance may be lodged with the Union by bringing the same before the Plant Committee and if the matter should not be satisfactorily adjusted, the grievance of management may be referred to arbitration in the manner provided for in this Agreement. -Dover Corp.
