After the parties presented their evidence, the arbitrator found that defendant terminated plaintiff’s employment for legitimate business reasons, which were not a pretext for discrimination. Plaintiff filed a complaint in circuit court to vacate the arbitration award, and defendant filed a motion to confirm the award.
