Any dispute or controversy arising under or in connection with this Agreement or the breach thereof, other than injunctive relief pursuant to Section 9, shall be settled by arbitration, conducted before a panel of three arbitrators in New York, New York, or in such other city in which the Executive is then located, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. The determination of the arbitrators, which shall be based upon a de novo interpretation of this Agreement, shall be final and binding and judgment may be entered on the arbitrators’ award in any court having jurisdiction. -Ronald Halls Employee Agreement (2009)
