Said Samaan worked for General Dynamics Land Systems Inc., which makes combat systems for the U.S. military. According to court documents in Samaan v. General Dynamics Land Sys. Inc., Mr. Samaan claimed he suffered retaliation for blowing the whistle on the company’s failure to use correct testing methods on armored vehicles to be used by the U.S. Army.
