The J. M. Smucker Company, also known as Smucker and Smucker’s, is an American manufacturer of fruit spreads, ice cream toppings, beverages, shortening, peanut butter, oils, and other products in North America. Smucker’s headquarters are located in Orrville, Ohio. It was founded in 1897.

Any dispute or controversy arising under or in connection with this Agreement or Executive’s employment with the Company, other than injunctive relief under Section 9 above, shall be settled exclusively by arbitration, conducted before a single arbitrator in San Francisco, California (applying Ohio law) in accordance with the National Rules for the Resolution of Employment Disputes of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.
