Kimberly-Clark Corporation is an American multinational personal care corporation that produces mostly paper-based consumer products. Kimberly-Clark brand name products include Kleenex facial tissue, Kotex feminine hygiene products, Cottonelle, Scott and Andrex toilet paper, Wypall utility wipes, KimWipes scientific cleaning wipes, and Huggies disposable diapers and baby wipes.

The arbitration procedure here set forth shall extend only to those grievances, which are arbitrable under this Agreement. In order for a grievance to be arbitrable, (1) it must have been processed through the Grievance Procedure properly and within the applicable time limits as set forth in Section 21 of this Agreement; (2) it must genuinely involve the interpretation of a specified provision or provisions of this Agreement; and (3) it must not require the Arbitrator, in order to rule in favor of the grievant, to exceed the scope of his/her jurisdiction as defined in this Section 22.
