AG Sources
All claims or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration. This section provides the exclusive remedy for any dispute that may arise between the Producer and Lincoln (but does not necessarily apply to any third party litigation that may involve the Producer and/or Lincoln) and that, after a good faith attempt, the parties are not able to resolve.
