Except for an action for injunctive relief as described in Section 11, any disputes or controversies arising under this Agreement will be settled by arbitration in Columbia, Maryland in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association relating to the arbitration of employment disputes.  The determination and findings of such arbitrators will be final and binding on all parties and may be enforced, if necessary, in any court of competent jurisdiction. -Eric Reimer Employee Agreement (2005)
