Any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration conducted before a single arbitrator in accordance with the Employment Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in effect at the time such arbitration is conducted. All hearings shall be held in Boston, Massachusetts. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
