9. Arbitration. Any and all disputes arising out of or relating to this ———– Agreement or the breach, termination or validity thereof shall be settled by arbitration before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the then current CPR Rules for Non-Administered Arbitration. The arbitration shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. ss. 116, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof.
