Workers Beware: Forced Arbitration Can Happen To You
According to court documents, Morgan Stanley expanded its dispute resolution policy in 2015 to require all employees to arbitrate any and all claims arising out of their employment with the company. Upon its roll-out, any employees who did not want to be bound by the arbitration policy had only 30 days to opt-out.
