The Olin Corporation is an American manufacturer of ammunition, chlorine, and sodium hydroxide. Based in Clayton, Missouri, it traces its roots to two companies, both founded in 1892: Franklin W. Olin’s “Equitable Powder Company” and the “Mathieson Alkali Works”. After being headquartered for many years in Stamford, Connecticut, it is now headquartered in Clayton, Missouri.

Any dispute or controversy arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled exclusively by arbitration at Olin’s corporate headquarters in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. Judgment may be entered on the arbitrator’s award in any court having jurisdiction; provided, however, that Executive shall be entitled to seek specific performance of Executive’s right to be paid during the pendency of any dispute or controversy arising under or in connection with this Agreement. -Olin Executive Employee Agreement (2015)
