Chargles Bergen Chokel Separation Agreement
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute arising under the terms of this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Cuyahoga County, Ohio in accordance with the rules of commercial arbitration of the American Arbitration Association. In any such arbitration proceeding, the tribunal may award only compensatory damages and is not empowered to award punitive or exemplary damages, but shall award reasonable attorneys’ fees to the prevailing party.
