Arbitration. Except with respect to injunctive relief as provided in Sections 3(b), 7 and 9 (which relief may be sought from any court or administrative agency with jurisdiction with respect thereto), any unresolved dispute or controversy arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled exclusively by arbitration, conducted before a panel of three (3) arbitrators in Houston, Texas, in accordance with the National Rules of the American Arbitration Association for the Resolution of Employment Disputes in effect on the date of the event giving rise to the claim or the controversy.
