Court denied defendant’s motion to compel arbitration because the defendant had defaulted in a prior arbitration proceeding. Plaintiffs initially submitted their discrimination claims to arbitration with the AAA, but
I acknowledge that the Company utilizes a system of alternative dispute resolution which involves binding arbitration to resolve all disputes which may arise out of the employment context.
