DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Except for the Company’s right to seek injunctive relief as set forth in Section 8(c), all disputes arising under, related to, or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by expedited arbitration conducted before a panel of three (3) arbitrators sitting in Hartford, Connecticut, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.
