Any dispute or controversy arising under or in connection with this Agreement, your employment by the Company and the Covenant Agreement shall be settled exclusively by arbitration, conducted before a single neutral arbitrator in Chicago, Illinois in accordance with the National Rules for the Resolution of Employment Disputes of the American Arbitration Association (“ AAA ”) then in effect, in accordance with this Section 5, except as otherwise prohibited by any nonwaivable provision of applicable law or regulation. -Mary Dillon Employee Agreement (2013)
