Except for matters referred to in Section 5(a), any and all claims by Employee relating to any matter arising during or after the employment of the Employee by Company or in connection with the cessation of said employment shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration conducted by one arbitrator in accordance with the National Rules for the Resolution of Employment Disputes established by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
