Arbitration. Except as provided in Subparagraph (b) below, in the event of any dispute, controversy or claim between you and the Company arising from or relating to this Agreement, its breach, any matter addressed by this Agreement, and/or your employment with the Company through the Employment Period, you and the Company agree to submit such claim to final and binding confidential arbitration to be conducted in Orange County, California by JAMS/Endispute in accordance with the then existing JAMS/Endispute Arbitration Rules and Procedures for Employment Disputes. -David Fetah Agreement (2004)
