Except for a claim by either Employee or Employer for injunctive relief where such would be otherwise authorized by law to enforce Sections 9, 10 and/or 11 of this Agreement, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the breach hereof, or Employee’s employment by Employer, including any claim involving the interpretation or application of this Agreement, or claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, or other claims based upon statutory or common law, shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the employment arbitration rules then in effect of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). -Matt Maddox Employee Agreement (2017)
